Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • Once a return is physically received, we will inspect it, verify all factory labels are present and submit a refund back to your original payment method.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us, no one else will accept a return from our store.
  • BMW's nationwide 2 year Over The Counter (OTC) Parts Warranty policy pdf is available upon request.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Coded, prepainted, or vin specific items are non returnable.
  • There is up to a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • Factory manufacture labels are not reproduced at the dealership, you must have all original labels legible.  
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Tools and Coded items are not returnable once ordered.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
