Once a return is physically received, we will inspect it, verify all factory labels are present and submit a refund back to your original payment method.
Returns must be shipped back to us, no one else will accept a return from our store.
BMW's nationwide 2 year Over The Counter (OTC) Parts Warranty policy pdf is available upon request.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
Coded, prepainted, or vin specific items are non returnable.
There is up to a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
Factory manufacture labels are not reproduced at the dealership, you must have all original labels legible.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tools and Coded items are not returnable once ordered.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
