Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • We do not ship glass, it is Pick Up aka Will Call only.
  • We do not sell BMW motorcycle parts.
  • We do not offer European (ECE) specific parts, we only sell factory USA replacement parts.
  • Weekend orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day Monday unless there is a national holiday.  
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 business days.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We do NOT ship glass, that is a pick up only item if available.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders, once it leaves our building it is up to the carrier.  We are not responsible for unexpected delays.
  • Freight shipments must be scheduled.  Not all items are eligible.  
  • Freight orders such as Hood, Fenders, Decklids take up to five days to prep for pick up.  Please inquire upon request.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • Overnight or Expedited orders are for the shipping delivery time frame, NOT our processing lead time to get this packed properly and shipped out.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • In the event your item is lost, damaged or stolen during the shipping process we use a third party company called Extend that ensures every order that is shipped out (excluding freight shipments)
    • If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have any additional questions about Shipping Protection, please visit the Extend Shopper’s GuideExtend will refund you for a lost item once you make the claim and it is submitted by you.  They will not allow us to make or submit a claim for you.
