Painted parts
Upon request we will paint small parts for an additional fee. Example Tow-eye covers, washer covers, and door lock covers.
- A VIN number must be provided
- A Credit card verification process must be completed.
- An additional three to four door processing time is required for the painting process to be completed.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns for the following:
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged items (during shipping)
- Manufacturer defects
- Paint or part mismatch due to our error
To be eligible, returns must meet these conditions:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- A return authorization number (RMA) is issued by our team
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customer ordering errors (wrong color code, vehicle year/make/model, VIN)
- Parts that have been installed or modified
- Parts with paint scratches, chips, or damage caused after delivery
- Color mismatch due to variations in vehicle paint fading or aging
Note: Painted parts are custom-finished to order. We do our best to match factory OEM color codes, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match due to natural paint fading and other factors.
